Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is divided into two sections: one for Australian customers and one for international customers, reflecting the respective consumer laws.

For Australian Customers:

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange, which has no expiry date. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing into an exchange or store credit.

For International Customers:

For international returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse. We only offer store credit or exchange for returns that are requested within 7 days of receiving the item and returned to us within 30 days. Once the return is received, please allow 3-5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.

Please note, for both Australian and international returns, the items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if the garments have makeup marks, stains, or odors.

RETURNS PROCESS

Email hello@amiss.com.au to organise your return. Please include the following details in your email:

  • Order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you would like an exchange or store credit

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Return costs are at your expense, and we recommend using a tracking service. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please email hello@amiss.com.au within 7 days with supporting imagery. We will respond within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have been worn.

CANCELLING ORDERS

If your order has not been sent for shipment, you may cancel it for a full refund. Please email hello@amiss.com.au to request cancellation. Orders are processed for shipment within 1-5 business days. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled due to a change of mind.
